ÉGÉRIE DE BELLIARD SAINT ESTEPHE
Mégérie de Belliard is a range of wines made in the purest Bordeaux tradition. Egerie Belliard comes from the greatest terroirs of prestige Bordeaux. The average age of the vines is 70 years. Harvesting is manual and takes place after a selective selection of the most rigorous in search of absolute perfection. The quantity of bottles produced for this prestige range is only 3,000 bottles per hectare. In respect of the plant and of the same nature, no pesticides are used in the vineyard management. VINIFICATION : Traditional Medocain method, Manual collection. 30 days of fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks.
AGING : 16 to 18 months with 30% to 40% new barrels
AGING : 15 years
COLOR : red ruby
NOSE : nice notes of red fruit and tobacco.
MOUTH : Powerful, beautiful structure, hints of spice and prune. Nice length on the finish.
SERVICE : Between 16ºC and 18ºC
PAIRING : All kinds of meats and cheeses. Lacquered ducks. Dishes in sauces.
