CHATEAU DE CALLAC GRAVES RED
The prestigious Château de Callac lies in the southern Graves not far from Barsac, which is famous for sweet wines.
This however is classic Graves, decidedly dry and attractively complex. The property is now owned by Mathieu and Sylvie Gufflet, and consists of a splendid château dating from 1775 and some 38 hectares of land. Only five of these however are dedicated to making dry white wine, with 30 hectares producing reds.

NOSE : Cedar, tobacco, chocolate and plums
MOUTH : Smooth and elegant with a pleasant lingering finish
SERVICE : Between 16ºC and 18ºC
